Opportunity:

The Automotive Exchange Consultant will provide business/functional expertise on customer implementations and works within a project team with guidance and direction from the PCG Project Manager and Solution Architect executing implementation activities during specific phases of the project.   

 

Location:

PCG consultants can reside anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel to customer sites as required

 

Responsibilities

  • Gain expertise in the Infor Deployment Methodology
  • Ability to manage customer expectations in light of current and planned solution capabilities
  • Actively participate in status meetings and escalate issues that need attention from management
  • Work directly with customer’s stakeholders to ensure that rationale/value for the project is documented and agreement is reached on how value-based use cases will be implemented
  • Collaborate with solution architects on solution design and help define the integration approach, data flow diagram, and to initiate product enhancements
  • Perform detailed gap analysis and write use case test plans
  • Create data mapping specifications for integrations and also build test plans
  • Configure the application as per solution design and execute test cases based on the test plan during all phases of testing
  • Organize and conduct customer training to drive adoption
  • Provide input to build the deployment plan and support solution rollout
  • Monitor solution stability post-implementation and facilitate effective handover to support the organization
  • Utilize database queries to investigate application or configuration issues with the knowledge of data models and object relationships
  • Supports and collaborates with project team members
  • Strives to exceed expectations on every implementation to have a referenceable customer
  • Promotes and proud to be part of the PCG team and supportive of the solution being implemented
  • Stays current in Infor LN technology – 10. x and completed required education via PCG’s access to the Infor Campus curriculum 
  • Required to enter time/expenses per PCG policy
  • Displays a professional demeanor at all times

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field
  • A minimum of 3+ years of qualified experience in Infor LN software implementations specific to Manufacturing/Planning, Automotive Exchange, EDI, etc.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver oral presentations
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and formulate alternative approaches
  • Promotes a positive attitude with customers and project team members
