The NetSuite ERP Manufacturing Consultant position responsibilities include conducting ERP software evaluations, implementations, identifying the need for customization and maintenance, mentoring other consultants, as well as supporting Sales and demo efforts as required and building client relationships.

Main Tasks/Activities:

• Lead Manufacturing consultant and NetSuite Subject Matter expert
• Perform in an advisory or subject matter expert role to facilitate solutions for customer needs
• Examine and understand current business processes of clients
• Map business processes to standard NetSuite functionality
• Perform Gap analysis
• Set up the application according to client’s requirements
• Define and document customizations, interfaces and extensions
• Train client and internal NetSuite Users as needed
• Develop client management/relations
• Recommend ways of using the NetSuite applications
• Provide necessary support to ensure project success
• Lead and guide other consulting team members to pursue opportunities with sales team
• Provide NetSuite team guidance and direction on usage of standard NetSuite practices and documents
• Accept responsibility for all deliverables delivered as per project plan / SOW with customer approvals
• Ensure client satisfaction on delivery of services that results in customer reference or more services
• Work with the Customer to resolve project issues and escalate to executives with proposed solutions

Personal competencies:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing vertical
• High self confidence and stability under pressure
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong desire to keep track of latest NetSuite releases and functionality
• Excellent work ethics, and passion to succeed
• Commitment to exceed performance expectations

Technical competencies:

• 4+ years of demonstrated expertise in NetSuite systems, and the consulting industry
• Multiple NetSuite implementation cycles
• Expert knowledge of several NetSuite modules, preferably a good knowledge of all the modules in a NetSuite Application Suite
• Excel - PowerPoint – Word – Microsoft Projects – Visio

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• SuiteFoundation certification
• NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification preferred
