Opportunity: Infor CPQ Consultant – PCG’s Infor’s Functional Consulting Services Team

This role is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting the Infor Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software solution to streamline sales processes, enhance quoting accuracy, and integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems like ERP and CRM.

Location: This is a remote role requiring travel to customer locations.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementations and configuring the software, which includes gathering requirements from various teams and configuring product rules, pricing models, and quote templates
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, provide user support and training, and document configurations and processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing or configuring Infor CPQ
• Strong functional knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Configuration, Product, Pricing and Quoting
• Collaborate closely with customers sales, engineering, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective CPQ configurations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Infor CPQ features and industry trends
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and end-users.
• Ability to develop detailed documentation and deliver engaging training sessions to customers
• Knowledge of integration techniques between Infor CPQ and other enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
