Opportunity: Infor Syteline CloudSuite Industrial Functional Finance Consultant

Location: This is a remote role requiring travel to customer locations.

An Infor Syteline CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Functional Finance Consultant implements, configures, and supports the financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Costing) of the CSI ERP for manufacturing clients, acting as a liaison between finance teams and IT, analyzing business needs, designing solutions, training users, and ensuring compliance with financial best practices, often focusing on discrete or custom manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support the setup and configuration of CSI Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt, Fixed Assets, Job Costing) to meet client requirements.
• Business Analysis: Analyze client financial processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimal solutions and best practices within the CSI platform.
• Process Optimization: Improve financial workflows, controls, and KPIs, focusing on areas like multi-site, multi-currency, and intercompany transactions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with manufacturing, operations, and IT teams to ensure financial data integrity and system integration.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and customize financial reports and dashboards (e.g., using SSRS, BI tools) for better financial visibility.
• User Support & Training: Provide end-user training, develop documentation, and offer post-go-live support for finance processes.
• Technical Liaison: Identify system gaps, work on personalizations, and support integrations and upgrades.
• Project Management: Contribute to project planning, status updates, and ensure alignment with client timelines.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3-5+ years with Infor SyteLine/CSI, strong finance background, ideally in manufacturing.
• Technical: Deep knowledge of CSI Finance modules, SQL/reporting tools, and ERP best practices.
• Functional: Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cost Accounting, Job Costing, and Financial Reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Industry Focus: Experience with discrete manufacturing, custom manufacturing, and project-based accounting is often key.
